The Minister, who was speaking at the Upper House, expressed satisfaction with the performance of ANAPEC as an employment mediator noting that the agency's services will be expanded to benefit non-graduate job seekers.

Seddiki highlighted prospects for the development of the agency's network which currently has 97 branches spread throughout the Kingdom, noting that the Ministry intends to reinforce governance at ANAPEC with the setting up of a board of directors.

The Minister also pointed to the increasing demand on Morocco's working force from Gulf countries.

To that end, he said, the Ministry is thinking about increasing the number of hours dedicated to learning English at vocational training institutions in order to reinforce the chances of Moroccan youth who are willing to work in Gulf countries.
