Morocco's Red Crescent extends floods-stricken Sudan assistance worth 200,000 Dirhams
Rabat - The Moroccan Red Crescent has extended Sudan, hit by devastating floods, an assistance worth 200,000 Dirhams (around 23,000 USD).

The assistance, sent upon instructions of HRH Princess Lalla Malika, chairwoman of the Red Crescent, comes in response to the emergency call of the Arab Red Cross and Red Crescent organization.
Since the start of this humanitarian disaster, Morocco has sent 10 aircraft of humanitarian aid to relieve the Sudanese people.
Some 50 people died and 300,000 others were affected by the floods that hit most of the country's provinces since August.
