Morocco, Sao Tome and Principe Will Soon Take Measures to Boost Bilateral Cooperation (FM)

Foreign Affairs and Communities Minister of Sao Tome, Manuel Salvador Dos Ramos, said here on Monday that his country and Morocco will take in the coming months several measures aimed at consolidating and widening bilateral cooperation in various fields.

Talks with delegate minister for foreign affairs and cooperation, Mbarka Bouaida, focused on the means to boost bilateral cooperation, he told MAP following the meeting.

He also voiced the hope to benefit from Morocco's experience in several areas, including maritime fisheries.

For her part, Bouaida said that she discussed with Salvador dos Santos means to strengthen bilateral relations in various areas, adding that the talks focused mainly on cooperation in maritime fisheries and the situation of Sao Tome and Principe's students in Morocco.

Morocco and the Republic of Sao Tome and Principe signed three cooperation agreements in the areas of maritime fisheries, investments and non-double taxation.
