Morocco, KOICA sign MoU on e-learning, e-government

Rabat - Morocco and the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) signed, on Thursday in Rabat, a memorandum of understanding on the setting up of a tripartite cooperation (Morocco, S.Korea and Africa) in the field of e-learning and e-government.

The agreement is the beginning of a new approach of cooperation between the Kingdom and South Korea and mirrors the will of this Asian country to adopt an innovative approach of partnership which highlights Morocco's expertise in the area, said a statement by the ministry of foreign affairs.

The MoU concerns the training of African executives on e-learning and e-government so that they can fully contribute to the development of their countries.

KOICA's vice president Hyunsik Chang told MAP, following the signing ceremony, that Morocco's leadership in the African continent will likely reinforce sharing and broadening this cooperation.
