Morocco-Japan: MoU in Technical Cooperation & Information Exchange in Highways

Rabat - The National Company of the Highways of Morocco (ADM) and Japanese Hanshin Expressway Ltd signed, here Friday, a memorandum of understanding in technical cooperation and information exchange.

By virtue of this agreement, ADM and Hanshin Expressway Company Ltd. materialize their shared commitment to cooperation and exchange of know-how and expertise in the field of highways.

The agreement also provides for cooperation between Hanshin Expressway Ltd and ADM on several aspects, namely traffic management and more generally everything related to Intelligent Transport System, maintenance of viaducts and bridges, maintenance of pavements, tunnel management and expertise exchange.
