Morocco-Bahrain: adoption of memorandum to reinforce cooperation on civil service

According to a statement by the Council, this memorandum touches on the strengthening of cooperation between the Kingdoms of Bahrain and Morocco in the areas of civil service, administrative reform, electronic governance and coaching, and competence development. This agreement is the fruit of a memorandum of understanding on the matter, signed by both parties in December. Last January, the Minister delegate for Public Service and the modernization of the administration Mohamed Moubdii had paid a working visit to Bahrain, during which he held talks with his Bahraini counterpart Mohamed Bin Ibrahim Al Moutaoua.
