Moroccan expert appointed at the international criminal court for cybercrimes

Rabat - Chairman of the Moroccan national justice experts council, Idriss Raouah, was appointed experts in cybercrimes at the International criminal court of the The Hague.

 Raouah is the first Arab and African national to hold this position together with four other experts.

The Moroccan is a former computer systems expert at the court of appeal of Rabat and the court of Appeal of Versaille (France). He is also an arbitrator at the international organization of intellectual property and advisor at the French council of customs expertise.

In Parallel, Raouah taught for 20 years cybercrime and computer networks subjects at the French Pantheon University.
