Moroccan Police Arrests French National Subject of International Arrest Warrant
Rabat - Moroccan police arrested, Saturday in Marrakech, a French national of Moroccan origin subject of an international arrest warrant issued by French judicial authorities in 2014.
This arrest came following the international arrest warrant issued by Interpol's National Central Bureau in Paris against this individual, born in 1985, who, according to the first elements, is allegedly involved in an armed attack against a jewelry in Cannes, southern France, where he stole luxury jewelries and watches, national police body (DGSN) said in a statement.
Investigations conducted by Moroccan security services have helped identify this individual known for his violence and criminal record, DGSN pointed out.
