Moroccan ONMT representation for Eastern Europe inaugurated in Warsaw
Warsaw - The representation of the Moroccan National Office of Tourism (ONMT) for Eastern Europe was inaugurated, on Wednesday in Warsaw, in the presence of senior Officials of the Polish Ministry of Tourism and Sport, as well as tourism professionals.

The inauguration of this representation is part of the Vision 2020 which is meant to promote new source markets with significant development potential as the countries of Eastern Europe. Speaking on this occasion, Ambassador of Morocco in Poland Younis Tijani emphasized the importance of tourism in the Moroccan-Polish relations, adding that Morocco shows a willingness to boost trade with Poland.
Tourism, a key sector for the national economy, is an important area in the cooperation between Morocco and Poland, he said, adding that the number of tourists who visited the Kingdom in 2013 exceeded 48,000.
