Moroccan NGO calls for lifting siege on youth for change in Tindouf

Laâyoune - The association of international solidarity for development and cohabitation in Laâyoune urged the international community to lift the siege imposed on the youth for change who are calling for the right to freedom and dignity in the Tindouf camps. In a press release, the NGO urged human rights organizations to stand by the movement of youth for change which is tortured and persecuted by the polisario militia. The association also welcomed Morocco's rejection of the African Union's appointment of a so-called "special envoy" for the Moroccan Sahara, describing this step as a "thoughtless" decision among a series of useless ones which only fuel ethnic conflicts in Africa.
