Moroccan Inventor Majid El Bouazzaoui Appointed Member of Jury for International Solve® Program

Rabat - Moroccan inventor Majid El Bouazzaoui was recently appointed member of the jury for the international Solve® program, organized by Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), whose mission is to solve global challenges. Thanks to the challenges of Open Innovation, this program, which represents a market for innovation with social impact, makes it possible to reveal social entrepreneurs based on technology all over the world, to bring together the innovation ecosystem of MIT and to finance and support these entrepreneurs in order to help them generate a lasting transformational impact, said a press release from the OFEED association, chaired by Majid El Bouazzaoui. The 2020 global challenges of the Solve program focus on good jobs and inclusive entrepreneurship, learning for girls and women, sustainable food systems, maternal and infant health and health security and pandemic, said the same source. As a member of the International Federation of Inventors' Associations (IFIA), the OFEED association was responsible for evaluating the "Health security and pandemic" challenge or how can communities around the world prepare, detect and respond to emerging pandemics and threats to health security?, said the press release.
