Moderate Earthquake Jolts Moroccan Province of Chichaoua

Rabat - A moderate earthquake, measuring 3.8 on the Richter scale, hit Thursday the Moroccan province of Chichaoua, the National Institute of Geophysics, under the National Centre for Scientific and Technical Research (CNRST), said.

The quake, whose epicenter is located in the town of Lalla Aaziza, occurred at 12H12min (GMT+1), CNRST pointed out in s statement.
