Brussels - President of the Maghreb Delegation at the European Parliament Pier Antonio Panzeri, described as "a major progress" the military justice reform in Morocco.

Panzeri pointed out that the draft bill, adopted by the ministers' council, provides for the exclusion of civilians from the competence of military courts.
The new draft law on military justice was elaborated pursuant to the royal instructions in order to standardize national legislation with the constitution's provisions and international standards in force.
