Mali army accused of 'summary executions'
Mali's army has carried out a "series of summary executions" as it fights to recapture the Islamist-controlled north The International Federation for Human Rights (FIDH).FIDH said that summary executions took place in Sevare,Niono and Mpoti as well as many other areas.

The French Defence minister Jean -Yves Le Drian said that it was for theMalian army officers to maintain discipline.
