Lower House Speaker Calls for Institutionalizing Cooperation with Parlasur

Speaker of the House of Representatives (lower house) Habib El Malki called, Tuesday in Asunción, for institutionalizing cooperation and partnership with the parliament of the Southern Common Market (Parlasur).
