Lawsuit against Galvan for alleged sexual abuse on minor in Spain: accused to appear before court on Aug. 29
Madrid - Daniel Galvan Fina, sued for alleged sexual abuse on a minor committed years ago, will appear on August 29 to answer for his crimes, a source from the higher court of justice of Valencia said on Wednesday.

After having sent a letter rogatory to the competent authorities, the examining magistrate of the Torrevieja court (Alicante, south of Spain), who deemed admissible the complaint lodged on August 5 by the minor's father, decided to make the accused appear before court on August 29, it added.
The judge also ordered that the victim undergo a medical expertise as soon as possible and that her parents provide their testimonies to ratify the complaint.
The victim's father filed, on August 5, a complaint at the Torrevieja civil guard for alleged sexual abuse on his daughter committed years ago in a village where Daniel Galvan, sentenced to 30 years in prison in Morocco for pedophilia and from whom the pardon was withdrawn, has a residence.
Galvan sexually abused my daughter while she was only seven, the father told local media outlets.
