House of Advisors delegation meets with Kazakh Premier

Astana (Kazakhstan) - A delegation from the House of Advisors, led by Speaker Mohamed Cheikh Biadillah, met Wednesday in Astana with Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Karim Massimov.

At this meeting, the Kazakh Prime Minister welcomed the special ties between the two countries, noting that the visit of the Moroccan parliamentary delegation to his country is likely to give a new impetus to relations of cooperation and partnership between Morocco and Kazakhstan.

Kazakhstan, which considers the Kingdom as a haven of peace and stability in a rapidly changing region, seeks to take advantage of the strategic location of Morocco to develop its relations with other countries in Africa, he noted, expressing readiness to help Morocco to develop relations with the countries of the region of Central Asia.

For his part, the President of the House of Advisors welcomed the economic and social development achieved in Kazakhstan, noting that the visit of the Moroccan delegation is part of the efforts to develop bilateral relations, and strengthen the ties friendship and cooperation between the two countries.
