Guelmim's first instance court declares lack of jurisdiction on vandalism case in city of Zag

Guelmim - The court of the first instance of Guelmim declared on Monday lack of jurisdiction in the case of the three individuals involved in the acts of vandalism committed recently in the city of Zag. The general prosecutor's office at the same court decided to sue the defendants for "gathering", "disobedience", "attacking on-duty officers", "destrying public property" and "obstruction of the public road". The three people, aged between 19 and 23 years, were arrested on September 26 for alleged involvement in acts of vandalism in this city.
