Germany recruits 200,000 skilled foreign workers per year
Bonn: Germany, € 3,750 billion annual GDP, 82 million inhabitants and ranked second largest exporter in the world, announced it is opening its doors to 200,000 workers, skilled immigrants per year.

The Bundesbank, Germany's central bank and Bundesagentur für Arbeit, Federal Employment Agency, announced that to maintain its growth rate and boost its exports and productivity, Germany needs to recruit 200,000 foreign immigrants qualified executives and middle and senior technicians.
Thus, the cabinet of Chancellor Angela Merkel said that incentives will be deployed to attract the attention of foreign workers who want to work in Germany, with good levels of wages, benefits and jobs for life.
Germany currently has more than 10.6 million foreign workers or 13% of its total population.
The country suffers from a deficit of births and an aging population, so large that it is impossible to keep the economy at its current level without a massive immigration.
