German KfW grants loan of 271 million US dollars to OCP
Casablanca - The OCP group and KfW, a German development bank, signed, on Friday in Casablanca, a loan agreement of 271 million U.S. dollars.

This agreement was signed by the Executive Director Finance and Controlling at OCP Ghizlane Guedira,'' the director of the North Africa and Middle East'' Wolfgang Reuss and Head of Division'' Water'' Joerg North Africa Dux.
This loan is intended to support the strategy'' Water'' of the OCP Group aiming at preserving national water resources, according to a statement of the OCP.
The new loan will constitute a co-financing of the program'' Water'' of the OCP Group, which includes the construction of two plants of sea water desalination at Jorf Lasfar and Safi, the construction of treatment plants of waste water in Khouribga, Youssoufia and Benguérir and the development of water supply systems and water distribution.
