The additional protocol was signed on February 6 in Rabat with the aim of ensuring an effective cooperation between Morocco and France in full respect of the domestic laws and international commitments of the two countries.
Speaking on this occasion, Senator Christian Cambon welcomed the vote saying that the agreement will put an end to the difficulties encountered in the French-Moroccan relaitons in 2014.
This protocol ushers a new era in French-Moroccan relations notably at the economic, cultural and judicial levels, said Cambon.
He added that the new text will strengthen security cooperation between the two countries at a moment when jihadists are striking indiscriminately in different parts of the Mediterranean region.
