François Hollande will address the Arab world from Rabat
French President François Hollande will visit State in Morocco in early 2013.Wanting to imitate U.S. President Barack Obama who spoke after his first election to the Muslim world from Cairo, French President François Hollande,will deiver a speech to the Arab world during his visit to the Moroccan capital Rabat, which he will visit next month.
