Fes hosts major Morocco-Africa convention on tourism next May
Rabat - The Moroccan national tourism office (ONMT) will hold next May in Fes a major Morocco-Africa convention on tourism to promote contacts between Moroccan and African operators and other stakeholders of tourism.

The gathering seeks to draft a road map to consolidate tourism in the continent, consolidate cooperation in tourism and develop tourism flows between Morocco and the rest of the continent.
"The event means to be a space of exchanges and sharing of tourism expertise between African countries, with the aim of developing tourism flows between Moroccan and Africa, given that west and central Africa represent a market of over 250 million consumers" said general manager of the Moroccan tourism office.
On the agenda are several items related to training in tourism and hotel infrastructure which offers promising partnership perspectives between private operators.
