"We, the Coordination of the families and friends of the victims of the events of Gdim lzik, are writing to you to draw your attention to the partiality of the organs of the United Nations human rights and their double standard in the treatment of the case of the eleven victims, our loved ones, all members of the police and civil protection, who were killed during the peaceful dismantling of Gdim lzik," said a letter from the Coordination to the UN official.

"The dismantling was done without weapons in accordance with the decision of the Attorney General," said the Coordination of the families and friends of the victims of the events of Gdim lzik, adding that "by acting without weapons, the law enforcement and civil protection agents, including our loved ones, were surprised by the armed attack by a group of individuals among the demonstrators".
