Expert: The bankruptcy of security in Algeria is due to its refusal to cooperate with its neighbours

Abdelmamek Alaoui is president of the Moroccan Association of intelligence, he commented on the recent developments taking place in the south-eastern Algeria, marked by taking foreign hostages and the bloody failure of the Algerian army to release them.

"It is now proven by the fact that Algeria is unable to ensure its security without the cooperation of its neighbours, especially Morocco."
 
The President of the Moroccan Association of economic intelligence, Abdelmamek Alaoui, pointed out the carnage among the hostages Amenas was caused by unreliable intervention of the Algerian army.
 
Alaoui noted that with the difficult situation facing Algeria today, it really needs the solidarity of Morocco, as well as all its neighbours, in order to "ensure a perfect mastery of his vast security territories ".
 
Referring to the hostage operation at the BP Amenas Gas site, successfully taken by the violent fundamentalist group, the ‘Signatories by Blood ',Alaoui, stated that "there can be improvised operations, but the way it was executed needed information on the preparations and perfect organization of terrorists and their local branches. "
 
For Alaoui, who made his statements to the MAP, "the fight against terrorism must take source in the establishment of an alternative economy that exists today, and which by its opacity and its injustices offers a fertile ground for terrorist ideologies. "
 
Next, Abdelmalek Alaoui emphasized that to  negate terrorism is a tough task and it can not succeed  without passing through a full security coordination between the countries in the region, led by the largest in Maghreb, Morocco and Algeria .
