Paris - Economic forces in Morocco and France are the mainspring of the exceptional partnership between the two countries, said, on Friday in Paris, president of the Moroccan employers' body (CGEM) Miriem Bensaleh Chaqroun.

Speaking at the closing of the summer university of French employers' body MEDEF, Bensaleh Chaqroun highlighted the sincere and candid ties between Morocco and France.

She recalled that HM King Mohammed VI was the first head of state to be received at the Elysée palace by French president François Hollande in May 2012, adding that Moroccans perceive France as a place of freedom and solidarity.

She also recalled that in 2013, the CGEM held in Morocco two meetings with MEDEF in the presence of François Hollande and French PM Jean-Marc Ayrault.

She went on saying that over 750 branches of French enterprises are running their business in Morocco.
