Development of Moroccan southern provinces, 'reality that is regularly, strongly established,' French magazine

In an article entitled "Security and Sustainable Development of Morocco's southern provinces: Key security in Europe and Africa," the magazine notes that this fact is evidenced by the countless achievements due" to the vision of Moroccans under the dynamic, effective and undisputed leadership" of HM King Mohammed VI. The article comes following a visit by a delegation from the French city of Bordeaux to the southern provinces, at the invitation of Ribat Al Fath Association.

The author of the article, Alain Faupin, a retired general, who was accompanied by university professors, Hubert Seillan and François Narbone, said that infrastructure and production centers in the southern provinces not only meet the needs of a growing population, but also all the international standards and the demands of the global market.
