Crans Montana Forum: Rabat hosts 25th annual session in June
The 25th annual session of the Crans Montana Forum will be held on June 19-22 in Rabat at the headquarters of the Islamic Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ISESCO), said Carteron on the occasion of a meeting in Brussels of the Crans Montana Forum on ''South-South cooperation and the growing role of Africa''.

Carteron said the Crans Montana Forum has chosen to Morocco to host its 25th annual session, because the Kingdom has strongly emerged as a major hub for South-South cooperation. The policy implemented by Morocco and the efforts made by His Majesty King Mohammed VI to strengthen cooperation with Africa and help the countries of this continent reach their potential, were behind the choice of Morocco to host this meeting, he added.

For his part, ISESCO Director General, Abdulaziz Othman Attwaijri said the next annual session of the Crans Montana Forum will be a special meeting because it is held in Morocco, a country known for its African roots, and its many contributions to international cooperation and dialogue among civilizations and cultures.

The Crans Montana Forum is a Swiss international organization. The gold medal is the highest distinction awarded by the Forum to exceptional personalities for their actions in favor of a better world.
