The measures taken are both comprehensive, proactive and multidimensional, said Ouzgane at a panel on "the fight against terrorism and Human Rights" organized on the occasion of the 27th session of the UN Human Rights Council. The meeting was marked by the presence of several experts, human rights activists, diplomats and officials, including the Inter-ministerial Delegate for Human Rights Mahjoub El Hiba, and Morocco's chargé d'affaires in Geneva Hassan Boukili. According to Ouzgane, fighting security vulnerabilities and different kinds of threats, whether terrorist or criminal, also involves economic, social and human development and aims to curb radicalization.
