Council of Europe: CEPEJ actively committed to supporting Morocco's judiciary reform
Strasbourg - The European Commission for the Efficiency of Justice (CEPEJ) of the council of Europe is actively committed to supporting Morocco's process for reforming the judiciary, Clementina BARBARO, Head of Justice Reform Unit of the CEPEJ said on Wednesday.

Morocco is committed to a process of reform of its judicial system since the adoption of the Constitution of the Kingdom which had fostered the independence of the judiciary and laid the bases for a judiciary system that is truly "independent and efficient, " she told MAP. On the Charter of reforms of the judicial system, released in September, Barbaro that the CEPEJ will study to what extent its previous recommendations were included in the Charter and continue its fruitful cooperation with the Moroccan authorities.
