Circular on Implementing Law to Simplify Administrative Procedures and Formalities Published

Rabat - The head of government issued circular No. 20/2020 on the implementation of the provisions of Law No. 55.19 relating to the simplification of administrative procedures and formalities, the Department in charge of Administrative Reform announced on Thursday.

All public administrations are called upon to engage in this national project and meet the requirements established by the above-mentioned law, while respecting the provisions, general principles and deadlines stipulated, it said in a statement.

A practical guide for public administrations has been appended to this circular, the same source added. The guide was prepared by the Department of Administration Reform at the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Administration Reform, in coordination with the Ministry of the Interior to accompany the application of the provisions of the law, in particular those relating to the preparation of collections of administrative acts.
