The international arrest warrant against Fouad C., A French citizen of Moroccan origin who is now 37 years old, had been issued by the Moroccan authorities. Fouad C. was arrested while he was in transit in Munich with his family, said the German police who said he came from Paris and was due to go on to Dubai. He was placed in custody awaiting possible extradition, media reported.
