Chaired by CESE president Nizar Baraka, in the presence of the region's wali Khalil Dkhil, the meeting is meant to reinforce the participatory approach by the council to elaborate this new development model.

Baraka said that the meeting is not aimed at making a diagnosis but rather at coming up with conclusions and recommendations that would serve as a platform to build the said model.

This project is based on the constitution's provisions, the commitments of the Kingdom under international conventions and the provisions of the new social contract to which we aspire, he added.
