Best Companies to Work For in Morocco 2012

This program is an initiative organized under the patronage of the Ministry of Employment and the General Confederation of Enterprises of Morocco (CGEM), together with the U.S. firm, Best Companies Group and the leading Radio station in Morocco “Aswat” and in partnership with Le temps magazine and “Aujourdhui le Maroc” daily newspaper.  Being the first initiative of its kind in Africa, this program invites Moroccan firms to become better employers by measuring the level of commitment of their employees and by enhancing the efficiency of their HR practices. Organizations that are distinguished among the winners will be honored in an event and presented in a special media report with our media partners.

The 2011 program has seen the participation of more than forty companies from different sectors and of all sizes.  Five companies were distinguished at the ceremony held last December; these firms namely were: Sage, AstraZeneca, Jacobs, DHL and HP CDG.

This program is conducted among different companies operating in Morocco from different business sectors and it will measures employee satisfaction in key areas of talent management systems including corporate culture, workplace, HR  management, career development, quality of life and motivation. The opinion of the employees is the most important element in this program that it is complemented by an assessment given to the HRD, describing the actual HR practices in the firm.
