Bab Al Bahar development has 60% of properties sold
More than 60 per cent of the Marina and Riverfront districts at the Bab Al Bahr development in Morocco have been sold and are being delivered, Gulf News reports.

Similar demand is also reflected in the recently launched Arts District, the promoters confirmed. The project is a joint venture between Morocco’s Bouregreg Agency and the UAE’s Al Maabar International Investment . The overall design was conceived by London-based Foster and Partners.
