Around 6000 Moroccans Live in Tunisia
Tunis - The number of Moroccans living in Tunisia reached 5,565 revealed the results of the general census of the population conducted in Tunisia in 2014.
The Moroccans are thus the third largest Maghreban community in Tunisia after Algerians and Libyans with 9,996 and 8,772 respectively, said the Tunisian national statistics institute (INS).
The total of number of Maghrebans living in Tunisia stands at 24,841, the same source said.
According to the same results, the total number of foreigners in Tunisia rose to 53,490 people compared with 35,500 in 2004.
