Registration is open for the 2012 Best Employers in Morocco, an initiative organized under the aegis of the Ministry of Employment and Vocational Training and the General Confederation of Enterprises of Morocco (CGEM), together with the U.S. firm Best Companies Group.

This unique initiative is a first on the African continent and aims to pay tribute to Moroccan companies and multinationals operating in Morocco offering the best work environment and know how to attract and retain their employees.
The 2011 awards saw the participation of over forty organizations of all sizes with the distinction of five companies at the ceremony held in the month of December last to know: Sage, AstraZeneca, Jacobs , DHL and HP CDG. We must remember that this survey is conducted among different companies and focuses on employees' perception of the HR policy, the corporate culture, working conditions, HR tools, professional development, compensation and professional recognition.
The opinion of employees is the most important element in this survey is complemented by an assessment of the various HR practices within the company. Registrations are open, and the results will be announced during the ceremony Trophy scheduled for the month of November 2012.
